Location Quiet Reasonable price

Room had air of dampness Shower control appeared wobbly. Carpet appeared dirty.

The pool was great. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Definitely would stay again.

The showers need a nonslip mat in them. When they are wet they are very slippery.

The staff was very friendly to me. I enjoyed my visit. The hotel was located very close to Grocery store, shopping centers restaurants, Airport, new laundry mat, car wash, all you need and more for long stays.

Add a larger guest cart. (Bellman cart), with top hanging rack. Touch up in certain areas, paint and woodwork. I'm being Constructive, helpful and not negative.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good however need to see about adding a little more to the breakfast menu example biscuits, gravy and bacon. Also we really enjoyed all of the Amenities however need to have propane for the fire pit. Thank you staff for a wonderful experience.

We have stayed here previously and enjoyed this hotel. Clean and good location on the island.

What I DIDN'T LIKe - The staff were not trained on procedures for 3rd party bookings - they did not inform me when I checking in that I had to contact booking to cancel the second night reservation. I would have done so when I checked in. When I checked in I was told a credit was going on my CC but was not told an amount! There was no credit received. So I paid for 2 nights but checked out after one thinking I was refunded ! Also after I checked in the receptionist found me in the hallway after to sign a paper which had no account info regarding my refund it was blank- she said the manager would explain it the next day !

I killed two German cockroaches and the door was not functioning well there was also a soda left in my fridge

Didn't have bags to pick.up dog poop in the box

We didn't realize it was pet friendly. Barking dogs kept us awake most of the night. When we said something to an employee the next day, she didn't seem to care at all. A young man brought his large dog in to the breakfast area during breakfast hours. 🙁

We were greatly impressed by the wonderful friendly staff and the general welcome feeling of the hotel. We had a medical emergency, and the response and caring assistance we received were top notch - such a blessing! We are grateful to everyone who came to our aid and showed extra consideration to our party after returning from the hospital ER. As for the hotel itself, its setting in Plantation Village was just beautiful and peaceful. St. Simons Island is well worth the detour off I-95! Our rooms were immaculate and despite the temperature, we were able to make use of the hot tub, which was a welcome relief for weary travelers. The breakfast room was on another level as far as style, comfort and ease of use. It was a little haven on our road trip and we'll definitely be back!
