Nothing to like

Broken toilet and bad plumbing, dirty and ants infestation . It supposed to be served continental breakfast but didn’t on the excuse of Covid

nothing- it was filthy. I had 2 rooms booked and the staff only gave us one, had to go back for the second.

Our room was so gross. showers hasn’t been cleaned, toilets looked like they just had a dirty rag wipe them off. pee on the walls, stains or dirty sheets and comforters.. and though advertised for breakfast they only offered coffee

AC worked fine, room was clean staff at desk was pleasant. No contact with any other staff.

The first thing I noticed was the close hanging location was in serious state of disrepair, I had to put it together before I could hang my close. The sink didn't drain good, very slow. The sink would fill and take several minutes to drain. No Breakfast.

Tub had ring around the inside. Building is in need of a lot of repair. Add said there was free breakfast and there was none.

The bed was comfortable. Convenient location.

location is great for those travelling to the Gorge from CA. Room was spacious, with comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very dirty, bed spreads we discussing , no ice on the premises, the key less entry keys had to be used multiple times to even get into your room . These rooms smelled like stale smoking rooms . The air conditioning didn’t work. Never stay here.

We weren’t advised that there was no elevator and the guy put us on the third floor. When I told him I had bad knees, he said he didn’t have any other rooms. I asked for our money back and he said he couldn’t do that. I asked him to call his boss and he said he already did and there was no answer so I told him we would wait for his boss to get back to him. Surprisingly not long after that he was able to get a hold of him. He explained the situation and all of a sudden a room opened up on the first floor. The floors in the hallway leading to our room was stained and dirty. The room was dingy. There were stains on the beds. Hairs on the pillows. The drain plug was pulled out of the bathtub and there were hairs on it. The rack to put luggage on was duct taped to the wall with some kid duct tape. The mirrors were reflecting water spots as if the housekeeping wiped them down with a wet cloth..probably the same one they cleaned the bathroom with. I didn’t feel safe staying so we left.

My bank account was debited for two nights by mistake, please correct this immediately!

The bed was comfortable enough. Location was good

Rated as a 3 star. It definitely is not. No elevator, so we had to climb 2 flights of stairs with luggage. Being close to 70, that was not what I wanted to do. It wasn't filthy, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Flickering lights in a dark hall, dirty windows, etc, it just felt rundown. The front desk gentleman was not particularly friendly and mumbled something about how to get to our room. We wandered around for a while until we found it. If we were paying $80 a night I would chalk it up to "you get what you pay for" but at $140 - it is not a good value

I like the building layout, where all the room doors face an interior hallway instead of an outdoor walkway. I like that the first floor is sunk 4 feet into the ground. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The key cards didn't work well, which was inconvenient.

The location was great . They allowed us to switch rooms with no issue.

The tv remote was not working and they had no replacement batteries. The comforter had stains. The a/c smelled like mildew and the shower was so disgusting and water didn’t drain. We had to get 6 different card keys cause each time we left and came back the key didn’t work

Woke up in the morning to the lady across the room from me saying the hotel has bed bugs. I called the front desk and the manager was rude about me asking. We ended up leaving because of a change in destination but when I took my dog out one last time seen 4 beds recently thrown away tucked away behind the dumpster that I did not notice the night before. Later that day we did notice some bites on us. Also the yard area for the dogs is filled with trash and debris.

They overcharged the price and it was a huge pain to get them to honor the agreed price They had no breakfast despite advertising f for it

The staff was horrible, except for one older lady that helped us out on one of our nights the rest were inconsistent and rude. We had to ask multiple times for simple things. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They even made extra charges on my card without my knowledge. I am glad I noticed it before I left. It said breakfast was included and that was a lie

The housekeepers were very nice and so was front desk agent David. But you can tell management and/or owners are scum just by looking around a bit.

I started by nearly choking on all of the aerosol air freshener that had been sprayed in the hallways. When my kids and I got to the room we were coughing and felt like we couldn't breathe. I immediately opened the window and turned on the air. The room also stank of heavy amounts of aerosol air freshener spray. An abandoned cleaning cart in the hallway was filthy. We were careful not to brush against it when squeezing by. The mirrors and windows were horribly smeared. There were cobwebs hanging from the corners of the room and the light fixture. Dust lay thick on many surfaces and others had greasy fingerprints. The drawers had crumbs and other debris. One drawer had a still drying spilled liquid in the bottom. The fridge was dirty inside and out. There's no elevator and they don't offer to help carry bags or heavy pieces of luggage. Fine for me and my kids. But for someone elderly or disabled this would be a huge issue as there is no ground level rooms. The bottom floor or rooms is downstairs below ground level with your windows at ground level. After seeing all of this I pulled back the bedding to find multiple hairs of different colors on the sheets. There was a red pubic hair on the side of the tub. The "white" towels are old and dingy. There was a wad of hair in the tub drain which had no stopper of any kind. The shower floor was DISGUSTING. we checked in, ran a few errands, came back, tried to brave for just one if the 3 nights we were supposed to stay because the front desk agent said he could refund the other two nights but not the first night because we already checked in. We left anyways. I didn't want or expect something fancy. But basic cleanliness would have been appreciated. That place was so gross. I've never had an issue with a hotel or motel. Even stayed at a very VERY cheap and small motel once for about half the price. It wasn't beautiful. But it was clean.

I have 50 pictures. Was shown three rooms in total, had to settle for the last room. Waiting on call from management through corporate.

There was no breakfast as advertised, no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. It had a bathtub which was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Cobwebs in all the corners of the room, the hook was missing off the bathroom door, the tv was hung crooked and the mirror looked as if oil had been smeared around. There wasnt a screen on the window, the ice machine was broken, could not come and go through the side doors so although we had to park next to the side access doors we had to haul our luggage to the front doors and then walk up 3 flights of stairs and all the way down to the end which was right by the side access doors.it was the worst room i have paid over $90 for.
