We were surprised that we were told we had to vacate the lobby at midnight.

We ordered from their menu. Was fast and very good.

The breakfast we paid for on Friday was delicious. The portions good. The service was awesome. We liked the hot tub. We appreciated the decor.

There was no breakfast provided. Then the restaurant was closed on Thursday's which we didn't know so couldn't even pay for breakfast on site. I understand it could be the season but it would be nice to know that ahead of time. Even getting coffee in the room was inconvenient as we had to go ask for a new packet each morning. Then I got the coffee but wasn't offered creamer packet. They say it is for "safety" that the rooms aren't even checked, but any virus doesn't hang on "things" so to not even bring coffee to rooms or make sure there is enough coffee to last the person's stay would be grand. We were charged more than booking.com charged us and then were told we shouldn't use third-party booking but call them instead. I explained we were on a trip and stayed several places, but to no avail. Then we got our "welcome" letter and it said if we are unvaccinated we should wear a mask. This does not value your customers like you say, especially in Fall of 2022 when the facts are in. The letter stated even though the CDC came out with new guidelines, they don't hold to them. I am sure while the CDC said what the owners wanted their letter stated they followed CDC guidelines, but when that changed, well, let's continue to divide one another. The truth is out for all to see...there is no difference between v'd and un'v'd. And if you are fearful of covid, consider there are far more dangerous and contagious diseases out there you aren't fearful of - Anyway, much more I could say, but again, for the price we paid compared to two other places we stayed which provided breakfast, were far more accommodating, (one even in Ely), we were frustrated at the suggestion that those who made different health choices were being discriminated against. Those places were half the price, just as comfortable, and much kinder.

Perfect setting for exploring the area. The water sports amenities and location were great. The room was comfortable and very clean.

Time to upgrade those shower heads in the bathroom!
