Location
Your site says 25.00 for pets. Arrived and they said 45.00 per night. I showed them your site, they said it’s still $45.00.

The location was great. The staff were all friendly.
The air-conditioning was a little noisy. Maybe needed maintenance or updating but it worked well.

$35.00 a day for a nine pound dog was outrageous. I’ll stay at Red Roof inn where dogs are free in the future.

Where should I start, being confined to a wheel chair and travelling alone there was only one handicap spot. The spot was small. Only extra space was on driver side could not get to passenger side for luggage due to sidewalk in the way. The room stated "accessible". Maybe if not confined to wheelchair but there was no room to get around the bed to the outlets because of the wall in the way! They moved me to different room which was better suited but the sink was clogged, bathroom light wouldn't shut off, and every night the room key had to be reprogrammed.

The lady at the front desk was really friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
There was no elevator so taking luggage upstairs was more difficult.

elevator would have been nice but it's probably difficult to remedy that now.

It was not on the site there was extra charge for pets and got charged at the desk. False on website when I booked the room

The free breakfast was decent
The room was cramped for two people. There wasn't even a refrigerator. Which I'm glad it wasn't there because it would have made the room even smaller.

The price
I am handicap I have trouble with stairs and I was on the second floor and so I had to take everything upstairs to get to the room and it really really hurt my knees so that’s the reason I gave it the not so good review and I had the thing say that handicapped
