Very clean

Beautifully clean and kept rooms, incredibly kind and informative management, and I loved the idea of a sundown bonfire (though we didn't get to enjoy that ourselves). Pool looked great too! The location is perfect nestled between Franklin and a bit further down the road one of my favorite state parks, Tallulah Gorge.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Would definitely stay again.

It's cute from the outside. And surprisingly quite.

It smelled inside like a musty, moldy smell. The pillows were thick, putting my neck at a tough angle. The internet was slow and didn't always work.

Great location. Clean. Nice staff.

WiFi is terrible. Half the time won’t connect and when it does it is so slow it is impossible to use. No breakfast. Don’t make beds. All they do daily is exchange towels. Can hear everything from neighboring units.

David was extremely kind and informative concerning dining and other activities in the area, as well as the very appropriate proper usage of the property, for example quiet times and locations for conversations after 9:00 PM. Room was very clean, and cleaning staff made sure we had all we needed.

All services were great. Prices were a little high, but these are the times we live in.

For the price it’s time to update the 1970’s chairs, curtains and other furniture.

Old-fashioned "mom & pop" establishment. Extremely clean and well maintained. A breath of fresh air in this crazy world!

The outside and the inside is greatly maintained. The owner{s} takes great pride in this place and it shows! It looks so neat and clean , outside and inside . The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The shower curtain rods are curved and when pulling the curtain closed the curtain won't reach the wall because of hardware so water gets on the floor.

David was manager at front desk when we arrived.He was not only knowledgeable about the area but took time to answer questions about Franklin. Additionally, he recommend several area restaurants.

Shower curtain was too short, thus there was always an overflow of water to clean up. A couple of nite lights in cabin would help with safety. We expected to have sugar, cream (for coffee that was provided) & salt & pepper available.

The property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is also an excellent value. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I strongly recommend the Carolina Motel
