I had to stay in a room that seemed to be under repair at the time. I let the night person know that I wanted to sleep in because I was very exhausted and didn't want to be bothered and the repairman tried opening the door around 7am and I woke up in a panic thinking someone was trying to break in and I immediately because of that stressful moment got a headache that ruined my whole drive home. Total lack of communication in that hotel

Not clean

The front desk manager was nice, but the place could use a remodel and hire reliable overnight crews.

One of the nights I stayed, I went out to get food around 10pm and when I came back my key wasn't working and there was no one at the front desk to help me. After waiting an hour, I had to book a different hotel because I could not get into my room. I came back the next morning for my stuff. Very unsafe situation since I am a woman traveling by myself being left in a town I haven't visited before and needing to find another hotel room late at night.

Near restaurants and stores

Desk service was terrible. There was a smell. I felt like I was staying at someone's home who really didn't want me there. And the breakfest, what a joke.

there was nothing in the app to say that the front desk was closed. I had to pay for a different location at a higher rate for a late notice
