Suite was spacious, bed was comfy, breakfast was above average for hotel fare. Facility was very clean, staff very helpful/nice. Location was perfect for our needs.

Bathroom door was difficult to close after entering due to the proximity to the toilet. Main door lock was finicky.

Convenient, clean, accessible, friendly, nice pool, plenty of parking, near lots of restaurants. Very nice hotel. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was good but a little disappointing. Only scrambled eggs and sausage patties for hot food. They had bagels and English muffins but no bread or butter. All the other usual breakfast items were there.

Location was great and easy to get to downtown Naperville via Uber in 8 minutes.

Was not clean. the pull out couch mattress was filthy I thought the beds would be queen and could sleep 2 people each, turns out they well full size and very tight for 2 people. There were ants on the floor. The toilet was cheap and clogged. The front desk guy came up with a plunger to unclog it and then dripped toilet water all over the floor on the way out.

Bad smell in fitness room, sofa bed worn out, narrow beds

Hot tub would be nice and maybe little more variety for breakfast

I didn’t like that I had to pay $5 per day for staying in the parking lot.

Cleanliness. Was able to check in 30 minutes early.

No dislikes that we experienced
