The staff was nice however we had serious health concerns with the room and they were ignored.
During our stay it was a hot day. The air condition vent in room 223 was covered in black mold. We took pictures of the vent and made sure not to run it that night. Since it was late we opened the window tried to sleep and the following day I asked the front desk for another room but they were booked up. Housekeeping was not on site at the time. It was very hot and my whole family was starting to feel sick in the room from heat or mold. The front desk gentleman was nice and apologetic but no offer for cleaning it, room change or even a discount on our stay when I asked for all three. I was given a black garbage bag and tape to cover the ac unit and then my wife had to go to wal mart while feeling sick from the room and buy fans to cool the room. I couldn’t believe they were ok exposing people to black mold and keeping them in the room to handle it themselves. Nobody every came back to ask us any further questions or followed up with us. I wouldn’t recommend staying there for health reasons and I’m concerned what we breathed while staying there.

Loved the breakfast, excellent service, friendly staff. Clean rooms, clean pool and hot tub.
The room shower was terrible and clearly not working so we used the pool shower quite often.

Great for a two night stay before we flew out. The staff were awesome. We had 2 boxes being picked up by courier after we left and the staff called us when the courier arrived to make sure they had permission to release the boxes. We were very well looked after.

Front desk girl during check in was nice
Room smelled like cigarette smoke after I paid for and requested a NON SMOKING room. Cleaning staff was rude and the front desk called our room at 11:15am bothering us to let us know it’s past check out time… by only 15 min. I will pay the late check out fee but it’s unacceptable to call our room phone to harass us.

Perfect locations to freeways. Very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Property very well kept up. Dairy queen and gas station right beside the hotel

We took advantage of the breakfast on our first morning, and it was excellent. However, the second day was a problem….
Through no fault of the Comfort Inn, a bus of students created a lack of seating for the breakfast. We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast and instead had to go to another restaurant.

The property was remodeled and was updated which was great.
Guest were very rowdy, weed smell everywhere. Al when we arrived the hallway had a strong odor of weed and other tobacco products and it kept getting stronger throughout the night and coming into our room. Making the say uncomfortable. Our room was a non smoking room as well as those around us.

it was better looking inside then outside
pool area was dirty, the hot tub had black brown foam floating on the top, and the pool was freezing temp wise. no towels available to dry off.
the room itself had a very strong nasty smell right away it gave me a headache, i let the front office know and she just sprayed febreeze said it was normal.
the floor were sticky in the room

the bedding had red stains, probably blood as well same with the window curtains..

Front desk staff rude, aggressive, unskilled in answering questions professionally, even discussed how unskilled coworkers are, very inappropriate, uncomfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and well done - above expectation based on previous breakfasts in other motels. Room was spacious. Shower and other bathroom facilities were very accommodating. Bed was comfy! Staff was very accommodating.
TV programming was very limited and cumbersome to work.

The room was clean, and the king size bed was comfy. My spouse loved the free breakfast.
There were several choices offered, and the food was well prepared. They offered coffee, tea, and lemon ice water all day in the lobby.
The only thing I would have liked was Kong sized pillows for the king size bed.
