Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately we were given a different room to the one we booked. This was put right, even though the hotel was apparently full. The new room had issues with the toilet which could not be put right, so our stay was not comfortable or pleasant. The staff were SO helpful trying to put things right, though through a series of circumstances they could not. There is no criticism whatsoever of the staff and we would not hesitate to stay here again. The situation was dealt with to our total satisfaction by the manager, thank you.

great location. large room
had been remodeled however it was not finished. curtains were laying on couch to be put up. shower faucet did not work correctly and one faucet you could remove handle. shower also did not put all the water to shower head. staff commented that room should have been booked directly not through booking. was rude about that.

The tub was extremely slippery and my husband could not take a shower for fear of falling!
Also, the toilets were so low to the floor it was uncomfortable. This property needs to be renovated as you are charging premium prices.

Location was good for the purpose of our trip. Easy access from the interstate. Really nothing else I liked about this hotel.
I had requested a top floor room away from the elevators when I made the reservation and the hotel emailed me back to confirm that request. When I got there they gave me a lower floor immediately next to the elevators. Staff at the front desk shrugged his shoulders and said they were pretty full even though I got there in the afternoon and the parking lot was less than half full. Room was dated and elevators were very dirty with gross stains in the carpet.
