It’s a beautiful old building
The rate was high for its location and not having much in walking distance.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, no slip protector in the tub

The bathroom was bigger than most hotels. They also have a nice area with a counter and mirror so you can get ready outside of the actual bathroom when someone else is in there. I liked the full size fridge and the couch to relax on so you didnt have to sit on the bed. The breakfast area and patio are super spacious and a nice place to hang out if you have a group.
Parking could have been explained better. The website says 15th and Capital. Well that's a private ramp so I called the hotel to ask (because we were coming alot earlier than check in) if we needed a pass prior. They told us no and to tell the attendant we were staying at the Residence Inn. We pull in there and there is no attendant and cant get in. We had to back out of there. We were a little irritated and just ended up parking in the public ramp right next to the hotel. It's cheaper and closer anyway. Small irritation in the grand scheme of things but maybe it will help some avoid the same situation.

The building was very cool, rooms were well appointed and nicely designed. Staff were great.

The room was spacious. The location of the hotel was good, close to the Old Market and the CHI.
The breakfast was very simple and of low quality. In the gym there was only a limited number of weight equipment.

great and convenient location as it’s near everywhere we wanted to visit on our short stay in Omaha. It’s near a park and surrounded by office buildings so the streets doesn’t get too busy since we stayed on a weekend. They have great, clean rooms, soft beds and pillows.
they don’t have parking so you have to pay parking on the street or on the ramp. not enough toiletries. not sure if you really have to ask them to provide you toothbrushes but good thing we always bring our own.

The staff were extremely friendly. the location and our room was very clean.

Initially the customer service was great upon arrival but slowly went downhill from there. The beds are quite uncomfortable and the shower door didn’t close all the way so water flooded the bathroom every time we showered. In addition, there was intermittent hot water and terrible water pressure in the shower. The hotel desperately needs a renovation. On the positive side- the location is great!!
Beds uncomfortable, ac ducts very dirty. Outdated, in need of a renovation. Blankets on beds are cheap and not warm.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating plus the location is great.
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with pull out couch. The pull out couch was a hide-a-bed with stained mattress plus is was so small, we couldn't use it to watch any movies as a family. The breakfast was OK, but the egg/sausage sandwiches were awful.

Friendly staff. loved the shuttle bus. that was fantastic! rooms were a nice size, beds comfortable.
breakfast was okay, could have been a better selection or different items on other days. it was exactly the same items both days.
windows in our room leaked cold air so our bathroom was usually cold.

I loved the cleanliness, the space in the one room suite, and the hotel shuttle. The staff is always on the ball, and super kind. We stay here at least once a year. just a nice getaway from the stress of life!
