I appreciated the staff allowing my family, dogs and I to check in early without having to pay any extra fee. The staff was very helpful with information being asked of them from my family.

They have increased security and no longer allow people that don’t have a reason to be at the hotel there. We felt much safer this time around.

Very clean room and staff was very nice, Breakfast was OK.
Trash pickup at 4-5am on the side of the building we stayed in. Trucks came and went twice in that amount of time. Not much sleep after that--first night in the hotel and were very tired.

Room Keys did not work very well. Even the housekeepers had issues with them. The breakfast was horrible. I've had better scrambled eggs is the military. Food was cold. Waffles and omelets were good. No room room cleaning or clean towels during the stay. AC fan was so loud you could not sleep with it on. Staff had a "could care less" attitude. H bar was advertised but not open during our stay. Should have stayed at the Sonesta down the street and paid for breakfast at a restaurant.

Nothing to do with the facility, but someone down the hall must have been smoking pot because the stench was coming in through the vents and down the hall. Bed was a little on the harder side for my taste, but my husband liked it. Other than that everything was good!

Amazing staff that truly cares and quiet and clean hotel. I won't go anywhere else in the Bay Area to stay the night. I'm disabled and I stay here to go to doctor apts and the staff Here has went above and beyond with helping me! Beautiful property as well and great breakfast when I am able to get it. Great deal as well! You won't be disappointed staying here. Best Hyatt hotel I've ever stayed at and it's worth the almost hour drive to my doctor to stay here and from the San Fran Airport.

I like all the amenities the room had like stove, utensils, glassware, etc.
The only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't watch TV from the bed. And also no bacon for the free breakfast.
