My Cottage was so beautiful and charming and extremely comfortable. Best place ive ever stayed and will return. I would love to live here. Lol Thank you for a pleasant and warm stay.

The location

The fridge sounds like a freight train at night could not sleep.

very private, didn’t have to talk to anyone on property .

our bed comforter had 2-3 questionable stains maybe a quarter size or smaller but it was mostly on the bottom edge of the bed so it didn’t bother us too much but did make us question the rest of the beds cleanliness, despite I still have a 5 stars for the overall enjoyment of the stay.

The only issue was the initial check in and figuring out access to the room other than that it was amazing.

Location beautiful site and close to sites

First night the water turned cold during shower. Tenants with dogs did not pick up poop.

Location was close to downtown Prescott, grocery store, and gas stations.

Furniture (except bed) was worn out. Little kietchen was not convenient at all. Our stay was 6 nights. Did not have any maid service. Garbage was a problem, No garbage bags in our unit. Had to go to grocery store and buy garbage bags and haul our own garbage. We had 2 sets of towels for two people for 6 days. It appears this business is "running on a shoe string" Unit not exceptionally clean. Hair on the bed sheets and hair in the kitchen sink. On a good note, it was perfect for our two dogs. The cottage was very cozy and cute. Just needs some a little TLC.

These are cute, clean cottages with everything you need for a nice stayover. The courtyard and surrounding areas are beautiful and maintained. I loved that our unit had a private little patio where we could let our dogs run around and enjoy our own private firepit and BBQ. Even saw deer the next morning walking the dogs.

I know it's difficult depending on demand, but it would be nice to have an earlier check-in and later check-out.

Awesome location, beautiful courtyard, comfy bed, super clean, appreciate the luggage stands and closet, perfect size kitchen, lovely on trend decor!

Just a few isdues: Kitchen faucet needs repair. Handle loose and hard to regulate temperature. Also shower head way too large for such a small shower.

it was close to everything plus it was so relaxing! Nice and shaded , the trees surrounding the property were a huge plus!

Couple things you should fix to keep your cute property in tact... The shower head leaks and the shutters need to be fixed.

This place was amazing!!! Rooms very unique and clean. The staff and updates were ama big. The checkin was awesome !! Very comfortable. Wish I had more time here.. we will be back.
