The smell, bugs in the room and in beds, leaking shower, unfriendly staff, dirty rooms, furniture was a beat up mess, mildew on the walls

Accessible room had toilet grab bars, which is a welcome rarity. Check-in/check-out was smooth and front desk staff were friendly and polite.

Rooms were dusty and did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly or frequently. A roach crawled out of the shower drain when we entered. Trash was under and behind furniture. Coffee grounds were on the counter around the coffee maker and microwave. Floorboards were uneven; ceilings were warped and stained. Walls were thin: we could clearly hear each word of the conversations in the room next door Facilities are in dire need of renovation.

Would of liked coffee other than the generic brand that was in the room and only choice if I wanted coffee in the morning.

Was a little dated & old. Lobby needs renovation & new charging area for phones The customer service was bad. The restaurant employees were so nice.

I like the location and the property itself. It also has a nice, classy (Italian) restaurant with an amazing, yet overpriced menu.

Several inconveniences due to hotel/hotel employee negligence/ignorance/discrimination/disrespect! Discrimination coming right from hotel owners family! Being unfairly targeted/harassed and not allowed to stay due to abuse of power held, through no fault of mine. Not to mention, inadequately trained staff that range from pregnant & do not speak any English to some that aren’t very proficient in English. In addition, the room I rented for weeks, was dirty, had mold in all the appliances/carpet, bed bugs, a terrible odor plus didn’t have proper ventilation! Essential items from housekeeping is nearly impossible to get and trash will stay up to 3 days outside door. To top it off, being a loyal member to Wyndham for years had no effect on
