We stay there often and they don’t offer any specials or upgrades for seniors or for those who stay frequently.

we had trouble getting our room to un lock it was very difficult each time...the toilet stopped up had to ask twice to get some one to take care of it. Personnel was very accomodating when asked questions like where we could eat etc. The furniutre is not in the best of shape our beds mattresses were horrible and the chair in the room the arm was coming off

We had a great time at the location. Kids were a little bummed there was no pool. (Missed that detail when booking) Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay.

The location was great with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Conveniently located close to town and other sightseeing places.
The flooring could have been better in the room... Maybe alittle more upkeep on the back exterior part of the Lodge.

It’s beautiful in the common areas, the grounds was beautiful, it’s a perfect place to go in the fall
we checked in about 1 AM because we got lost, took showers went right to bed at 4 o’clock. The smoke alarm is chirping every five minutes and I had to go get someone from the desk and have him climb on top of my bed to put batteries in the smoke alarm he was finished around 4:30 AM. I was only going to be there one day and I didn’t wanna sleep all day but I didn’t get much sleep because of the fire alarm.

Location, location, location! Splendid view of the lake and mountains from our room and balcony. The short drive up to Bell Mountain Park offers a stunning, almost aerial, not-to-be-missed view of Lake Chatuge.
The outside of the building could do with some pressure cleaning. The Lodge is a lovely building and deserves to be well maintained. Seems like the breakfast was rather skimpy for the price.

Room was smelly and outdated. Carpet looked dirty.
Walls had stains and ceiling too.
Hedges out back were trimmed and left cuttings on cement patio.
Beds were like a rock.
Lodge needs a major overhaul. Will not be back.

Convenience of location to the Fairgrounds, beautiful view of lake, access to outside from inside the room and the continental breakfast was great along with great barbeque place within walking distance.
A little better lighting in bathroom and one electrical outlet needed replacement.

View of Lake Chatuge was quite nice. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean, but not maintained that well. Needs some renovation. Would have preferred a desk in the room instead of a chest of drawers that was too large for a hotel room. Staff were pleasant.
