Elevator didn’t work. Loud with pool noise and train.

I had an issue my keys not wanting to work. And the door and deadbolt lock didn't want to work because the door frame was kind of loose

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in complete disrepair. The hallways reek of urine. Our bathroom door had been kicked in so there was a big hole in our door. The curtains were torn up to the point that they were unusable. The day staff is clearly doing the best they can as the room was relatively clean but the whole hotel is horribly maintained.

Damaged to room, door, iron in closet, cracked sink, desk not clean. Elevator had graffiti scratched in wood. Hall carpets stained. Felt unclean

The location is great.

Roaches in the rooms. Dirty pool area. Homeless people sleeping in stairwells, and a non-English speaking creep accosted my 15 year old daughter in the hallway while walking my dog. Staff is not very friendly. The bed sagged horribly. We will never stay there again. For $900 in 4 nights, that was a total disaster. Two of 3 lamps are missing bulbs. Towels smelled like a stale ashtray.

The staff is very nice. but it was very run down and there was dust. The refrigerator only had three legs and kept tipping over. There were parties screaming and running up and down the halls at late hours. I had to move to a hotel in another town at 2:30 in the morning. I asked for a refund but I haven’t seen that come through. So I’m out two nights.

Appeared to be drug deals going on in parking lot upon arrival in the back parking lot. top floor room had speakers in window blaring NWA F the police. Was awaken during the night to loud knocking and yelling at adjoining rooms from what appeared to be long term stays.

Lilly at front desk and the cook were extremely helpful and pleasant to us during our stay

same food over and over and when cook had days off the sausages were undercooked and the apple juice was not diluted. Towels in pool were almost always nonexistent. otherwise it suited our needs

Location was nice. Breakfast was delicious and kitchen staff was very helpful and polite.

The evening staff! Those 3 girls who work the front desk cant do their jobs right. They kept forgetting to give peoples ids back. They lost my reservation and tried to have me pay again for another room. I had to show them my bank account n show them the hotel had taken my money out of my account already. So they wouldn't charge me again for a new room. The first room they gave us was still dirty and had throw up in the tub. And trash under the chairs. The second room we got the doors did not lock. Especially the door leading directly to the pool. Our 18 month old got the door open n almost got to the pool. The 3rd room we got. The girls at the front desk tried to gain access to our room while we were sleeping to put another guest in the room.. Forgetting that they had placed us in that room.. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives. Will not being going back or referring others to this hotel.

The breakfast was ok. The location was convenient for our purposes.

The first room they gave us had no bedding other than sheets. They had no bedding to provide because they were near capacity. The gave us another room. It had no door on the bathroom! The entire place smelled like Marijuana. Many parts of the hotel were run down or damaged.

dirty linens, including dried blood on bedspread and sheet, (and replacement had stains too) thick poop spots on high back chair arm and seat, broken furniture, and the whole 3rd floor smelled strong of marijuana even though it was a non smoking floor.
