The location is great. It is right on the water so you have a nice view. It is convenient to the main street for shopping and dining as well. The room was nicely painted and had a refrigerator, microwave and tv.

The beds were very soft and uncomfortable and didn't have bedspreads on them - only a blanket. There were no night tables either on the side of the beds. The floor was grubby so going barefoot was out of the question.

Older property-Unique basic no-frill cottage room. Location is great! Next to water with own pier and nearby bait shop. Walking distance to great restaurants. Short drive to shopping and more. Ideal sunrise location.

Location of TV could be better.

The television could of been in the living area.

Office was poor and no coffee or complimentary breakfast

Could not stay. Requesting a full refund. Ruined our planned event because we couldn’t stay. The window didn’t lock. On the first floor of a cottage type room. Had many values ( guns , archery equipment, our dog, and an $800 sewing machine with us and the window didn’t lock. Management stated that was because they didn’t want to break out the window if we lost our key!!!

Our property and ourselves were not safe because the window didn’t lock. Had to leave and couldn’t attend the event we went there for. We had traveled from a hunting lease with guns, bow and hunting dog but the window didn’t lovk

Coffee pot would be nice

Perfect location, literally across the street from their private fishing pier. Next door to the Fulton Mansion. This place is primarily used for fishing trips so you won't find cushy amenities. It's clean and safe and comfortable, and the staff were very nice but it's not cushy at all. If you're looking for an excellent place to fish, with a bait shop in walking distance, this place is perfect. If you're looking for cushy, try the fancier hotels nearby.

It was a bit outdated with wobbly picnic tables and some broken or boarded up windows, probably leftover hurricane damage, but could use some work on the overall looks of the place.

Location excellent. Friendly receptionist at check-in and during stay.

Unexpected fee for pet. 15.00 per night. Exposed rotted wood in bathroom door frame area. Mold?

Proximity to everything and friendly staff.

Our last night was marred as the party staying in front of us threatened members in my party. Inebriated individual that beat his spouse so severely there was blood on the walls. Considered cutting our trip short as we were verbally threatened.

the location was perfect

it was exactly what I expected, no surprises. it is an older property but well maintained.

It has a private pier to fish from. It was also a quite setting.

The hotel in a whole, was pretty run down. The rooms are extremely outdated and run down. The furniture, restroom and bed areas, were old, dirty and dingy.

Very dated and cleanliness was unsatisfactory.

Room, extra charges, roaches in room, stopped sink water would not drain, we would stay here when we visited Rockport, we will not stay here again.
