I had an ocean front room with great views and liked that the property is right on the beach. It's not far to walk for a morning swim / beach walk. This is definitely a quiet hotel, best suited for families and/or older couples.

It has very few amenities (quiet lobby bar, cafe and a rooftop bar) - and definitely no Miami 'scene' here, which will suit some travelers. It's a sleepy Surfside property that caters to a particular clientele. Unless you want to stay up in Surfside / Bal Harbor most of the time, everything is a cab ride. I took a suite, which was a waste of money unless you want to use the couch as a pull out bed. It's not somewhere you'd want to sit. I also had no hot water for two days. An engineer told me it was because I was on a high floor and had to let the water run continuously for 5 minutes! Staff aren't that friendly or particularly keen to help.

O serviço deixa muito a desejar. Já estive lá antes e não era assim. Fora isso, colocam muito cloro na piscina, o que causou irritação na pele da minha filha e destruiu a roupa de banho de todos

The property has a good location and the amenities are good, however, the stuff, the service, the cleaning and the rooms are TERRIBLE

The room has problems with AC (which after couple calls they were able to fix) The main bathroom was horrible and disgusting. The water was constantly coming out from the shower and the sink didn’t have a good draining system. The tap will splash water by everywhere and it made a huge pond. All the toiletries were wet. I called so many times and also asked them in person to fix it or change us the room, but they weren’t very responsive or proactive. I understand weekends are busy but they don’t care about customers, they don’t make their stay pleasant. I won’t recommend this hotel

Ein extrem schmales Frühstücksbüffet mit pro Person 35 Dollar, völlig überteuert, da noch a la Carte dazukam. Für vier Personen kamen dann über 350 Dollar zusammen.

É a segunda vez que fico nesse hotel, localização excelente, praia e piscina maravilhosas, funcionários super solícitos e instalações super modernas.

O meu quarto era para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção, o banheiro não tinha box e sim uma cortina, depois do banho o banheiro ficava todo molhado e na varanda tinha uma rampa adaptada para cadeirante, tive que movimentar a rampa e tinha muita poeira e folhas, mas acho que foi mais um descuido, nada queestragasse a estadia.

Localização do hotel, decoração, conforto e tudo de muito bom gosto.

Gostei de tudo, não tenho o que reclamar. Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei na vida.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This is our third stay and we will be back soon. Great location and the hotel amenities are excellent.
