Everything was outstanding plus the gated parking

Breakfast had a great selection. The 5:30p kickback was way better than expected. The rotating menu and free drinks definitely were a highlight of our trip.

Good location with lots of convenient access to restaurants, gas, groceries, etc. nearby. The staff were all very nice.

The parking situation is awful and confusing on arrival with construction and the restaurant next door and the card key gate situation. We got a king suite so we’d have the sofa bed for our 2 kids, and it was HOT in there. The one tiny AC unit in the bedroom could not cool down the bedroom much less the hall, bathroom, and living room. Even after taking the face off the wall thermostat to fix the settings, it was 76-78 throughout. We called the front desk and they said “oh yes, that is a problem with the king suite rooms sometimes - we can bring you a couple of fans.” They did bring us a couple giant box fans to help but our whole vacation we slept in the warm, muggy, 74 degree, humid suite. The breakfast was very meh with very gross eggs and so little change day to day that we got tired of trying after 3 days and left to eat our remaining 2. The kickback buffet was decent but there were never enough seats for either meal time with the rushes of people, the tables that were open were not being cleaned and if they were they were sticky, and the bar lines at dinner were so long and slow they obstructed the meal area. Overall we were very disappointed in this Drury property despite usually liking Drury hotels at other locations.

Everything about this hotel was nice. Complimentary drinks,food, popcorn for the kiddos. Beds were super comfy. Charging ports everywhere. Price was on point compared to others that don't offer what this one did.

Might of been our bad for not grabbing towels when we first got to the pool. But when we got to pool there was plenty of towels. After a few minutes a bunch of people joined the pool and we ended up with no available towels. Daughter had to get some from front desk.

Breakfast menu I think you should have a variety other than sausage, potatoes and scramble egg maybe bacon,flour or corn tortillas Mexican sausage chorizo, beans. I was asked if I wanted house keeping because our stay was 3 days I said yes but when they went I asked if they could go later and they said they stopped @ 3 when leaving my room house keeping was across the hall and it was past 3 but then again I don't know how that works she said she could leave us towels though

They had a high school band with 4 charter busses staying there, couldn't get near the breakfast food for all the teenagers. Everyone else on our hall was very loud and disturbing. Made for a less than enjoyable stay.

The staff was fabulous, the facility and our room was clean and the hospitality was wonderful!!!

Roaches in room. Mattresses too soft. I got no sleep.

The lighting was ok. Could have used some brighter light as my wife is visually impaired.

I loved the high level of professionalism and cleanliness. The size and comfort of the room was a home away from home!!! The amenities and the breakfast was incredible!

The time frame for pool access should be open till midnight (At least for Adults) as opposed to 10 pm.

I love the breakfast. I love the happy hour. Love the pool. Love the fitness center. I can go on and on . Staff tends to your concerns right away.

I cannot think of one thing I didn’t like. My husband and I have been staying in that same location for years.
