you pay for parking and staff was not very friendly.

The in hotel restaurant was great service and great food. The live music was fun as well.

When I stayed I had a room with a whirlpool tub but the cold water on the faucet didn't work and the jets for the whirlpool didn't work either. I was disappointed as that was our Valentines get away.

The location was fantastic for our activities. Its in the best location for walking to main street.

Room was very old, it was a 1 queen size bed in this gigantic room. Old furniture, dark and outdated in main room. Bathroom was clean and functional but lacked counter space.

The chairs in our room were all broken, no cushion, broken backs. The pull out couch was horrendous! Not really a bed for 2 adults. For $363.00 should have functional chairs and a decent bed.

some of the rooms must have been upgraded. the room we stayed in was not great- items from the previous guests were left in the room, the TV was not viewable from the bed, the lamp shades had tears in them. Not the end of the world but not worth the price.

The location is absolutely perfect, being right in the center of downtown SW. Each staff member was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and the fireplace added a nice touch.

I have no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay.

Love the jacuzzi tub in the room and the balcony.

The room (208) was quite a disappointment. The ceiling looked like it had been repaired recently with completely mismatched paint color. The tub surround was in poor condition. Ther extra bed closet was just a box attached to the wall with wallpaper. The bathroom shelf was attached with black drywall screws. It literally looked like $89 a night room. The furniture looked good but were very uncomfortable. Except the bed. The bed was great.

The bed was comfortable. The convince of the location.

The bathroom fan had to be on and was very loud. The shower was dirty(hair and mold in the shower)everything was old and falling apart. The room was very dark so getting ready as far as putting on make up was next to impossible. Parking was an extra $20.00 per day on top of the inflated room rate and you were not informed of this until check in! Over all I would not recommend this hotel for the price point and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Room was advertised to sleep 4 but their was only one bed. Their was a pull out couch but it was so uncomfortable nobody could have slept in it. Thankfully, we brought some air mattresses to sleep on. 4 adults would not have fit in one bed.
