The bed was comfy and the hotel is quiet

It wasn’t clean: the carpet, curtains and even the SHEETS had stains!!!!! Also it felt like they did not clean the bathroom after the last person who stayed at the room left. Even after we asked them to clean it, it stayed the same. TERRIBLE WI-FI, really terrible connection. Horrible breakfast and the people who work here are not nice.

Hotel très proche des transports, personnel très aimable et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipée La literie est de bonne qualité

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment trop simple et qualité passable.

The neighborhood

Good location as close to the subway number 7 line is 5 min walk takes you right into Manhattan. Shopping Mall across the road. Don’t be put off by the location as the planes and trains you don’t hear after a while. Breakfast was eggs waffles cereal ect.

The Male on the front desk when checking us in he was so rude only said about 2 words and none of that was thank you or any information about the hotel. Not a great person to have promoting your business. The female staff were so friendly and helpful. Perhaps management need to train him on customer service.

There was lady that works in the kitchen that was giving certen people as of color attitudes. I ask the lady can she or u put some butter on the waffle maker and she said she did put butter on the waffle machine. But there's other that's in the kitchen area that's also using the waffle machine. And the waffles are sticking on to the waffle maker. But that's why I was asking her for the spray and she replacedly said that she put butter on there already but with a attitude. And i askes her multiple times with a attitude back and authentic she left the kitchen and came back and another employee can into the kitchen went to her and came to me and asked me for credentials. I denied for him to see my information about me. And he ask for my info repeatedly and I replacedly denied for his request of asking me for my qua denials. So he said that he was going to call the cops since I wasn't co-operating so I told him to go and call them.
