I love this hotel, we stay here several times throughout the year it's always quiet, clean, and the breakfast and staff are always top notch

Check in was seamless, quick and efficient. Matthew was very friendly and made sure that I felt welcome. Took less than 5 minutes to get all set up with the room, hotel info and keys. Really set the stay off on the right foot !

The continental breakfast was good but not great. The coffee in the rooms was tasty, but since I drink a lot of coffee, there were insufficient quantities in my opinion.

Jay was very good with his Customer Service relations. I would give him 9.5.

I had to come down and redo the cards to the room and I was tired from traveling. The stopper in Room 301 Bathtub is broken and the Hotel didn't repair while I stayed 2 nights.

The check in process was prompt and very friendly thru a third party. She answer my questions. She thanked me for staying and signed me up for the Rewards program, that is Excellent Customer Service and promoting me stay again with them.

They charge me 100$ as Secutity and never refunded me. I contacted them several times but they say that they have done the refund but it never reached me. very very pathetic customer service 😌

The people above me had little kids running around constantly beating on the floor. Not relaxing at all and very annoying. I had to complain twice. They ruined my entire stay.

Beautiful area. I went to visit my ill father & this hotel was close to the hospital he was in. There house is just 5 min away s o I didn't get to play any but I do love the Fort Walton area. I didn't catch his name but the man that checked me in & was there the next couple of nights was very kind & had a beautiful smile & personalty.

Easy check-in & check-out process.

Water did not always get hot and the free internet did not work.
