Breakfast was ok. Location was good , close to the University.

I booked a queen suite and they put us in an accessible Room . When we asked to change our room to what we booked , the front desk person refused and was not accommodating at all. We spent the night Very unhappy and upset! The room smelled terrible cause of the new carpeting and had asthma attack . They should air the room before suffocating guest in Enclosed room . It was intoxicating!!

Very friendly, clean hotel with a super nice staff. One of the nights was canceled (someone from our group couldn't come), and it was done without any comment and with a smile on the face (despite it was listed as "non refundable").

Breakfast could have more than standard eggs "from powder" and sausage. Especially, if you are on any diet (e.g., gluten free) it's nearly impossible to find something healthy to eat there. But that should be easy to fix, I believe!

Polite staff

Dirty garage with trash you have to navigate to get to the dirty elevator..too expensive for this kind of crap. Avoided the garage and paid extra to park on the street. Cheap hotel charging fancy prices....stay in a budget hotel. Need to clean the bathroom door or change the water stopper periodically under the bathroom door

Everything was comfortable. Enough toilet paper, towels, etc so that we did not have to ask for any extras during our two night stay
