It was pretty much as expected.

The desk clerk was very accommodating. Her demener was very pleasant and made for a smile on the face of a weary traveler.
I enjoyed the room. It was big and spacious the bed was nice clean sheets the cable had HBO or Max they call it now. Also it was Quiet through out the place was nice.

They were very accommodating w/us needing to switch rooms the following day because I booked 2 separate times w/ 2 different types of rooms.
And the Gentleman that checked us in on Friday evening was very warm & friendly.

Very good location, which was close to the Army Base we visited for our grandson’s graduation.

Lighting in the room…especially the bathroom, was dim.
Only shampoo and one bar of soap, and no Kleenex, were provided.
Not sure if it was the water (softener) or the towels; but the towels didn’t seem to be very absorbent.

The beds are very uncomfortable very hard. They are in the middle of fixing whatever frozen pipe issue they had for Christmas.

The gentleman at the desk was very professional, very personable and extremely accommodating. The room was very clean & comfortable. We got a great price from Booking.com. I definitely recommend this hotel.

There was construction so it was a little messy but the room was clean.
The floor in the bathroom and the tub need replaced I felt like I was gonna fall thru taking a shower. Lots of upstairs noise as well.
