I was given a wonderful room overlooking the baseball field. I could watch the action from the comfort of my room.

Clean facility, located right in Bricktown, the front desk clerks, bar staff, house cleaning and valet workers were all extremely professional and friendly.

We should have stayed longer.

The valet lost our vehicle, I still had to pay the $34 for it. Our beds were uncomfortable. Our mini fridge didn’t work and light bulbs were burned out.

Breakfast was not included. Could purchase it and it looked delicious.

Nothing the facility could do. The location seems to be diminishing in safety. It is further away from the Oklahoma Convention Center than what it used to be. 1 mile walk. No shuttle.

Staff are awesome

The hotel conditions are beguiling to show its age. Carpets need replacement as well as furniture.

The location in Bricktown was nice for restaurants and if you are going to the baseball stadium. We also went to the OKC bombing memorial and it was a quick drive into town.

There is not a self park option at the hotel. You can go to the ramp and lug your stuff down the block to the hotel or pay for valet. Booking.com had breakfast listed as included. It is only included if you pay for it as a packed through Hilton. The lady at the front desk would not honor that our reservation had that error so we skipped breakfast.

The bed, barely any water pressure and almost no hot water.

Everything was great. It sounded like the people next room / down the hall / upstairs were filming a porn movie. I felt like I was missing out on something.

The breakfast was very good and the food service staff were very friendly. The location is excellent for Bricktown access.

One of the elevators stopped working, so there was a lot of congestion on all of the floors when people were trying to check out, go down to breakfast, and even the workers couldn't move between floors to get their jobs done. There is no parking. Only valet, or a parking garage a few blocks down.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. I would come back.

Price could have been lower.

We checked in at 9pm just to get some sleep before traveling the next day. A big dog barking and howling in the next room to us woke us up at 11:30pm at night and the staff didn't do anything about it. We called the front desk several times about this disturbance. We heard the dog all night. No sleep. We finally checked out at 5:45 am because we had enough. The hotel front desk staff would not even comp our room.

location was good and favorite restaurant was in walking distance.

Ice from the ice machine had black specs in it. Perhaps needs cleaning?
