I enjoyed my stay at AC. Unfortunately I paid twice for the stay. Booking.com charged me when I booked it, then I was charged at the property. I provided proof to booking.com that I was charged twice and they agreed to refund my money, but never did. Stay away from booking.com

My milk was spoiled at breakfast and we were surrounded by flies indoors. There was a cricket in the breakfast bar area. Hotel has no parking so you have to pay their $30 valet. Staff was rude.

Customer service Ms.Candy is AMAZING every time we stay coming from Tulsa AC is our home away from home 👍🏾 the velvet, bartenders,food outside patio, cleanliness,bed everything is perfect.

very hard to ever get anyone at the front desk to answer the phone, manager is hard to find. Definitely need more communication effort

Front desk staff were very helpful. Great location near lots of bars and dining, also the hotel was fairly priced.

Bar staff weren't very friendly upon arriving, the woman working upon my arrival seemed to dislike her job and wasn't very welcoming. I decided to eat outside the hotel after that initial interaction with her.

The hotel was overall better than I expected. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. I used the gym and that was very nice too. My only complaint is that I wish they had more a La carte breakfast items. It would also be nice to see the food menus for the restaurant online in advance. Staff was friendly. My waiter who served me at breakfast was extremely friendly. I didn’t get a chance to catch his name but he was tall and has reddish/brunette hair. He offered excellent service and went above and beyond.

The parfaits at breakfast were delicious. The rain shower head was neat. The bed was really comfortable.

The parking situation was less than ideal, we were not told of a parking lot option. Just valet or street. The staff during breakfast was a little rude. It would have been nice to have a different egg option at the buffet. I wasn’t told of the $20 extra charge at check in for “just in case we break something”, I was only told when I asked why I was charged so much over my quoted price. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room as well.
