They ruined our honeymoon.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room situated inside the lobby, right next to the entrance where the sink was clogged. There was only one door to enter the premises and the door was slamming every time someone entered or left the hotel, 24 hours a day. When I asked whether they could give us another room the receptionist refused it. Later during the night when it became quite unbearable and impossible to sleep, also after seeing on Booking.com that there were still rooms available—and even larger ones for half the price we paid—I kindly asked for a room change again and showed the receptionist the availability on my phone. Only then he agreed to give us another room. However this second room was extremely dirty (e.g., my wife and I were both bitten by bedbugs, the french fries someone previously dropped behind the bed were still there covered in dust, etc. see pictures attached for the said issues). When we told the receptionist about these issues he said there is nothing he can do about it and did not even apologise.I sincerely feel quite disappointed having paid about 400 USD/night to a place with below-average youth hostel standards of hygiene and comfort.

Very clean and comfortable. Great central location. Pricey, but so is everything in Key West. Wonderful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

liked and appreciated the daily breakfast, the on-site pools, the cleanliness and that all staff were pleasant and nice but RAQUEL seemed to go a step above when answering your questions and dealing with hotel guests. we found her service to be helpful, cheery and super kind.

we stayed in room 111 which is right next to the entrance door to the resort and the door SLAMMED and shook our bedroom with every entrance and exit. Would literally wake us up in the night. we needed to extend our stay due to hurricane Ian so we were moved to room 114 and that we a 1000x better in noise and space.

The facilities were perfect and nice little details like towels on the chairs at the pools.

The receptionist when we arrived (late at night) was a bit short with us. The room wasn't super clean, not that it was dirty either but some details/corners could have been cleaned better.

it was awful cramp ,so much noise it should definitely not be called a hotel but a hostile,breakfast did not bother as sitting on benches with 12 strangers this place is for under 25 single max

Very rude and arrogant front desk man on arrival. Made me cry. I had a query on the price as I had emailed twice with no reply. Basically he was blaming me for everything and did not offer any apology. Then said he had spent too long with me. Not happy at all with this service.

most things were ok, however the room we booked had a strong smell of mildew throughout
