beautiful view - pool was great

Complimentary margaritas at check in! Yes please! Amazing food and drinks both at the restaurant and cafe. The staff was amazing! From the receptionist to the cleaning crew to the security guard. We didn’t get a chance to splurge on your other amenities like the spa or shuttle but that didn’t stop is from having a great time around town.

The service at the restaurant definitely needed improvement. Our server just forgot about us. I also know that finding good employees is extremely hard right now, so I understand, but when you go to have a great meal and great view you expect great service. That part was off putting. Some of your members were extremely entitled at the pool and hot tub and treated my sister-in-law and I like garbage, but the amazing security guard helped take care of us!

It’s a great family hotel for the area

We asked for an early check in, they said they would call us when it was ready, they never called. So we checked in at 4:00. We asked for a late check out and we’re told we’d have to pay for a late check out. So for 19 hours, we paid a lot of money!!

You do not even have to leave this facility, coffee/wine bar, wonderful amenities! Beach within 10 minutes, max.

Adjacent areas a bit depressed. Driving in was a little rough visually, that is it!

When we first arrived we were put in a room where construction was happening just above it. It was an amazing room right by the elevator and ice machine so it was totally quiet(not). They moved us and apologized and moved us to a room that was furthest from the elevator and three stories below without offering any type of compensation for the restless nights.

The staff were wonderful. We inquired about changing rooms to get away from the construction and the manager was amazing. He relocated us and was very professional.

Construction was taking place on the floor above us and we awoken every morning at 7am by nail guns and hammers. Paying the same amount to stay in that room didn’t seem right

Comfortable rooms and great location to the Ironman Race venue. The other amenities (pool, restaurant, coffee shop) were an added value for family and post-race.

This is our second stay at The Inn so we knew what to expect in terms of location. Staff at check in were wonderful! We enjoyed the walkway through the Village to get across the canal. The ambiance is still significantly compromised with the view and workings of the gravel yard across the canal.

Pretty spendy for one night ($349) with the sound and sight of the gravel works out our balcony.

I loved the view, staff, and the rooms!

Don’t get me wrong the pool and hot tub were great but they were pretty dirty from wood chips and other particles in the water.
