Pool was real bad

Our room smelled bad, we told clerk and she gave us spray and advised no other rooms available but would Check. Shower was not clean and very hard to get in and out and glass shower door did not close.

Staff was trying to accommodate what they could with no management available onsite.

I called to confirm pool being opened prior to booking and when I arrived the pool was not open. I was forced to rent another room elsewhere due to my granddaughter unable to be in direct sun due to illness. Breakfast very low availability pans were bone dry. By the way your pool shows to be open while the inside of door has an out of order sign might wanna fix that before serious problems happen.

Location was close to Interstate and restaurants

Breakfast options were less than stellar. Elevator was working but once on it - it felt like we were either going to get stuck in between floors and noisy like it needed major upkeep and to my surprise no Certificate of Inspection postes anywhere inside the elevator . Will not be staying here again

the beds they are queen size but I think they were a little bit bigger

it was clean and the beds were comfortable

The swimming pool did not have a heater in it, so it was ice cold in the curtains don’t close all the way
