Fit and finish on everything was first class. From the painting of trim to the caulking of the sink, tub and toilet, all superior. If small details like that don't matter to you, then disregard.

The motel was very clean! The hotel staff was friendly and courteous! I would stay there again and would recommend it to my family and friends. Close to beach as well and two swimming pools that accommodate very young children.

Love the space which was comfortable for a family of 5. Space was clean and location was walking distance to the beach. Many thanks to the manager who worked with us as we were arriving after hours. We appreciate you greatly!

Parking was a bit tight but this is no fault of the property.

Great location... Easy access to the beach and a quick walk to the pier. The pools were kept clean along with the rest of the facilities. Complimentary coffee in the mornings was a nice touch.

It would have been nice to have a kitchenette in the room but I understand that the room I booked was the last one they had and was one of two that didn't have a kitchenette. We made it work.

we love the Biscayne but this trip was not good the room was awful

The bed was against the wall and very uncomfortable and the bathroom sink dripped constantly

The location was perfect. “Steps” away from the sandy beach. The staff was very good and Annette was always a pleasure to talk with and very helpful.
