Very large room, clean and quiet. Great location to restaurants, shopping and highway. Checkout is 11:00am, rather than 10:00am like other motels in the area.

Complimentary breakfast is only from 8:00am - 9:00am, so missed it most every day I stayed. Would be nice if it were maybe 8:00am - 10:00/10:30am.

Very clean and with a almost 2 year old that can and will find anything i was very relaxed about being a hotel room! our room was large, with everything we needed.

It was clean, with a good variety of food for breakfast. The shower was great: good water pressure and nice hot water.

Dated and small room. Morning staff was late opening breakfast which made us late getting back on the road. They were rude and annoyed that they had to rush to put out food. Next time we will just skip breakfast.

At arriving in the room there was no heat. It took over a hour to get warm.

Locked myself out of my room -didn’t have my cell phone -had to wait in the lounge area till 7 o’clock. I wish they had a phone in that area I could’ve called to get help.

Good location to outlet shops We liked the quiet location of our room overlooking the marsh …even saw a deer and her fawn. Generous b’fast. Pool and sitting area was appreciated. The size of room was perfect for 2 people. The sitting chairs outside the room were appreciated . Staff were very friendly. Easy check in and out procedure.

It’s hard to state various things that could have been better ,(considering the price of accommodation), because of the Pandemic. Staff were doing as well as they could . It was quite late in the day before the room would have a refreshing, and we thought if we didn’t request it,that maybe it would not have been done. I would suggest a couple of soap bars…one for sink and one for tub /shower. Towels and face cloths are a little on the tired side with some stains. The shower control didn’t shut off properly.It was difficult to stop it from dripping after being turned off.
