Location is perfect, just next to the Harbour Centre and the Key Bank Arena. The building is basically new and very clean and safe.

Clean rooms/bathroom clean as well. Felt safe. Excellent location.

Emergency light for fire system blinking all night as well as temperature was hard to control with thermostat. Did seem to stay consistent.

Location was the most important. Previous stay was great. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

The AC did not work correctly in our room #401. I asked them to fix it, if they did still did not work correctly. Temp outside was in 30's. Could not get room temp below at 73 at night. No problem with hot water in morning, but at night, NO HOT WATER. Bed mattress was very firm.

Good location to go to downtown or KeyBank Center.

No breakfast, only an expensive bistro in the lobby. Room was not prepared well, they knew we‘re going to be 5 people, still only had 3 towels, no duvet covers, etc. No possibility to open window. No ventilation within bath room.

There was Beam that went through the middle of my room. Felt very cramped with it in the room. For the price I paid it was kind of disappointing.

TV lineup was minimal at best. Smelled like gas outside front entrance. Elevator activation key sporadic. Shower door leaked. No fan in bathroom. Furniture awkwardly placed in room. Sink facet leaked and difficult to use.
