Beach access has no steps. It’s a horribly steep incline that you had to crawl up from beach.

Location is right on the beach, close to a few good restaurants. Beds were comfortable, and housekeeping available every day.Breakfast had a variety of food for everybody's taste in my family. As waffle making machine, variety of yogurt, pastry,eggs,decent coffee. If you would like to see the ocean from your balcony room, it needs to be on the 3rd or 4th floor. We paid for dune view, and the price was fair.

Our room 219 was right at the staircase where everyone would pass it,kind of noisy.

Location is great. We liked the small size of the hotel. Breakfast was convenient.

The hill up/down to beach is steep. Bathrooms are Small. Would like to see carpet removed and vinyl flooring added.

Breakfast was basic. It was nice to have the choice to eat there or go out. The beach is ALWAYS AWESOME! Always clean and rarely do you need to worry about what you might see. VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY and conveniently located. Love the fact that we didn't even have to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas! Day to day rental was a huge perk!

The walls are NOT well insolated and you can hear the conversation going on in the adjoining rooms. fortunately I was by myself most of the days that I stayed

This property was in a great location and close to many things. The staff was extremely friendly.

The hotel room itself was ok but the bathroom area is extremely small in the King Room. Our trash/room wasn’t taken out or cleaned daily which is important with going to the beach and all the sand.

While I knew we were not getting an ocean view room I thought all of the rooms had a balcony to sit on. Still enjoyed the stay very much but would of been nice to know the room did not have a balcony prior to arrival. (And maybe I misread something so this could be on me)

Location. Beach area was very nice. Room was clean.

Cieaning crew did not leave soap, coffee packs and cups, and toilet paper. Balcony was not usable because a/c unit left pools of condensation and it’s hot air blew on the seating area.
