It needed a lot of upgrades. the room furniture was old, the windows were so old that you had to keep the curtains closed to keep out the cold air. There was plenty of really warm water but it wasn’t really hot. there wasn’t a coffee pot in the room. We booked a queen deluxe room but the bed felt more like a full size than a queen. No extra towels, pillows or blankets. The room was set up so that the only way you could watch TV was from the bed, there was no Channel guide on the TV nor one written down you could review. The pillows were tiny. All in all it wasn’t a very good room. The “ breakfast” was a measly few pastries, bananas and apple’s, yogurt, toast, two kid’s cereals and unrefrigerated milk. As I was checking out I needed to bring my luggage to my vehicles and as I passed through the lobby the desk clerk asked if I was checking out and I said yes and I’d be right back,two minutes later I go back to the check out counter and she’s gone, a note saying returning soon. I wanted a receipt but had a funeral to attend so I had to leave. She couldn’t have waited ?

Myself & 3 other couples staying w/ us were told we could check in 1-2 hrs early but when we arrived the staff said no & we would have pay extra for that or wait until 30 mins before check in. We specifically asked bc we had a wedding to attend and we’re coming from out of town. Being told yes and then trying to charge us all extra when we show up is bad customer service, dishonest and rude.

Booking.com had inaccurate information regarding front desk hours.

Super clean bathroom and plenty of towels. Nice pastries in morning but pitiful offerings for breakfast. Office staff and chambermaids were very nice.

Had to vist the office about 6 times because keys did not work for room. Sound on TV kept cutting out. Poor lighting on second floor. Large gouges in walls which need to be repaired. Inaccessible outlets to plug in computers, etc, other than bathroom. Stains in rugs. HORRIBLE BEDS!!!!
