The AC was either too hot or too cold, couldn't get it adjusted. The towel rack in the bathroom by the shower was broken. The pool needs to be cleaned and the grounds need some heavy trimming. Lots of seating areas but the vegetation needs trimming.

We were pleasantly surprise upon arrival. From easy check-in to being shown the room for our approval. Where do they do that anymore? No where I know of. The Suite was absolutely perfect from cleanliness and comfort to close to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend MY Place in Wickenburg Arizona to anyone travelling that way.

Cleanliness was poor at best - Fan on the heater ran all night whether it needed warm or cool - could not get internet reception to mention a few.

The place was old and in need or renovation,it was showing its age and was not up to the standard reflected by the price charged.we arrived expecting a nice motel with a heated pool as advertised...in fairness to the propietiors they promised a discount to make up for no heated pool,but the "suite" was cramped. and worn out,but beggars can't be choosers so we stayed,the blind in our bedroom was broken and too small for the window... giving no privacy....we used kitchen towels to block the gaps as best as possible. We have stayed in worse....with an effort to upgrade and clean up the rooms it could once again be a nice place to stay in

The rooms were unbelievably large and had every amenity we needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff were! I lost the stylus for my cell phone and the housekeeper got down on her hands and knees to help me scour the room. Phenomenal customer service - above and beyond!
