No coffee maker in rooms

Compared to the other hotels in the same strip, this hotel was the cleanest and had the best shower pressure.

No facilities for a basic continental bfast.

The room was clean, very close to the boardwalk, the gentleman who checked us in was friendly. Ice was located right across from the main office. The main office sold small snacks, cans of soda etc. They had coffee available in the main office in the morning via Keurig machine.

Was not able to get early check in time. We were coming for the Elks annual polar bear plunge (fundraising event) and asked to check in early. Over the phone they told us the best they *might* be able to accommodate us was 11:30am, which they could not guarantee. That did not work for us since we had to plunge into the ocean at noon. We ended up doing a late check in after the festivities were over.

It was old, bathroom ceiling tile falling down, when shower turned on smelled musty.

the staff was very polite and made us feel welcomed. this was our second time staying here and since our first experience was great we wanted to ensure our overnight getaway was worth it and it definitely was. 💕the beds are very comfortable, location is close to the beach but far enough away from noise. also close to a great place to grab a breakfast sandwich and a good cup of coffee on the boardwalk

the pillows (fluffy until you lay in them and then they become flat without any support) and the location of our room was at the end (116) next to the exit door so we heard the guests each time they would enter or leave. there wasnt much guest traffic until the morning but there was this scrapping noise all night and morning. sounded like someone was dragging a chair back and forth on the roof I think it was because of the location of our room because there was nobody anywhere around so had to be next to a facility room.

The bathroom was outdated, tiles cracked and mold on the tiles. Bedroom windows didn’t open. No coffee maker in room.

Great location. Room had plenty of space and was very clean. Mostly updated.

I would love to have had a towel bar near the sink area

I liked how close it is to the beach and that our room was ready way before check in time. The room was clean and comfortable. Great shower, good water pressure. Also the fact that there is a food stand available on the property with a swimming pool.

I would have preferred a room on the ground floor. It was difficult getting our belongings up and down those stairs, doors are very heavy and hard to manage. Kept getting woken up in the middle of the night from other peoples slamming doors, especially from the echoing hallway on the second floor. The bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Bathroom room was tight but manageable. Could also use more hooks to hang towels etc.

That it was clean. Close to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was nice.
