Cleanliness; location and staff.

Location, Parking, Close to the beach and the boardwalk.

Mattress in room were a poor quality and very uncomfortable and pillows were flat! For the money you pay a night they should have better mattresses and pillows. I only use the pool once because of a lot of flies floating around in it. Also, disappointed in the staff this year. I have stayed at this Motel for vacation the last five years. Requested the staff not clean or enter our room. Staff seemed very troubled by this and kept asking a lot of questions. I’m very sensitive so I bring my own sheets and cleaning supplies. The room it’s self is very large and spacious. I think some of that space could enlarge the bathroom. There was very few drawer space to put your clothes. Overall the room was very clean which is extremely important to me.

The room was a nice size. The ceiling fan was great. The water pressure in the shower was great.

The bathroom was a little small and the shower was very small.

The rooms were clean and newly redone I like the wooden floor bed was comfortable the shower pressure was awesome. The staff was very friendly greeted us as soon as we walk in. Definatley will stay again. This was my 2sd time staying.

The bathroom and shower were small and not good. I would like to have had a microwave in the room. The beach was a longer walk then I expected. Boardwalk was not within walking distance.

Very friendly staff, clean, property is well maintained.

A/C had a slight clicking sound when running and toilet had a whistling sounds when flushing loud enough to wake a sleeping person. Not a big deal though, we let the front desk know when we left and I'm sure they fixed it easily.

Joe and the staff are professional courteous and respectful during our visit. Have recommended this property to friends. Enjoy the provided light breakfast and happy to return for some sun and Shrimp Box.

Beds were too small & hard. No microwave in the room. Nowhere to get coffee on the premises.

Room was soooo clean and well maintained. Simple motel with a good pool... pool lights up At night .. my 2 year old had so much fun in the Pool
