The front desk attendant was polite but once I stepped into the room I realized they were probably just happy to see someone not strung out on drugs or alcohol.
The room was torn up the television was torn off the wall there were holes in the head board. Dirty linen and bugs. The floor was sticky and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and dirty mop water.

there was bed bugs in the bed the rooms smelt like cigarettes. over all the worst hotel i’ve been to

Location and the gentleman who was there was very sweet.
Roaches everywhere. Beds where broke. And the bathroom looked like it haven’t been cleaned

There was a bad smell in the room. Room was dirty, did not have lightbulbs in lights, barely any of the lights worked. No toilet paper.

The place needs a little maintenance, a lot of air came in through the door since it did not close completely, the air conditioning did not heat up and they never cleaned it even if I asked for it

Nothing... incredibly dirty room and terrible staff.
Staff member wouldn't do anything to fix the problems with the room or provide a refund, then when I came back to get pictures he followed me up and looked into my room while I was there, so essentially vouyerism. They are terrible.

Everything it was the most horrible experience in my life it was full of roaches and it was the most disgusting place I have stayed at and I've lived under a bridge

Our stay at Motel 75 was, by far, our worst hotel experience ever. The room was filthy and had safety/health violations (e.g., sticky/dirty floors, stained mattress, cockroaches/ants/beetles, smoke alarm had been removed from the wall). We attempted to find another hotel, but none were available in the area. When we returned to our room that night, our key card did not work. The front desk clerk told us he intentionally deactivated it because we had not paid for the room. He said Booking.com did not give him the funds, so my credit card must have had insufficient funds. He demanded I give him my credit card and pay for the room. I refused and made it clear it was bad enough I had to pay for that subpar room once, I surely was not going to pay for it twice. I presented my confirmation emails from both Booking.com as well as Motel 75. Apparently, he realized he was not going to be able to swindle me and somehow "fixed" the situation. Please consider the warning about this property!

Everything was broken, showers wasn’t working and they also had bed bugs there. I had to book another hotel right after and they didn’t even gave me refund

Nothing we were refused a room, because we had a service dog, The dog had all the paperwork and was wearing his vest, he is my sister's hearing dog, I will have to think seriously before I book through you again if this is the type of place you work with, We were forced to look for somewhere else to stay since we had traveled serveral hours to get to that location.

@asFee.BFrom July 1 to July 6. H.We checked in on July 1, 2022 at night at the front desk. Went to our room and walked in and surveyed the room. Wee found a disgusting, uninhabitable room not fit for humans. The bathroom had mildew everywhere and was dirty, the floors stuck to your feet, the tables were falling apart and rge venere had bubbles on it, tge beds were low to the floor, there were bugs in the room and the room smelled of cigarettes. The entrance of the motel was nothing like the picture on booking.com and the room was also deceiving. False advertising all around. After we checked out the room we turned around and immediately we went back to the front desk and asked to have our reservation cancelled. We asked for a credit back to the card and they said booking.com would have to issue the refund. We have yet to receive the credit from booking.com. just disgusted and dissappointed!

Closer to Hamilton for my 2nd cousin s graduation party so I have no choice to pick that motel
No microwave and no refrigerator as I thought they should've included. The curtains by front window stuck. The pole seem almost came loosen. The door wasn't shut I have pull or push to close the door hard. I ain't comeback. That motel need alot update badly because out date and need fix

It was close to gas stations, restaurants,and stores
And wasn't hard to find..
Its not very comfortable and make you feel unsafe when the hotel manager or staff comes knocking on your door at 3am telling you didn't pay for the days you payed for.🤨
