The room was old and nasty. The tub didn't drain water and the toilet would not flush. The light fixtures did not work. They made me pay a $40 deposit in addition to the fully paid payment I had already made through Booking.com. When I requested another room, Eric at the front desk was very nasty. He told me that he would not give me another room because there was a 50/50 chance that the other room would be in the same non functioning condition as the last and that I should just check out and get a refund. After we left Eric began texting me and my husband horrible threatening obscenities. He called me a Prostitute, a Bitch, a Broke Bitch, a Scammer and all sorts of horrible messages from his PERSONAL phone. My husband called the number back from his phone to confirm it was Eric and it was! He then started texting my husband the exact same VIOLENCE. We were only there an hour and will NEVER go back!

Quiet spot off highway.
Ripped me off with $46 deposit, then attempted to charged another $40, clearly a smoking room. Cigarette ash and bud, behind toilet, smoke detector covered with plastic bag. Hot, humid bathroom, bug crawled from under bed frame. Door has air leaks, easily fixed with gasket. Temperature in room uncomfortable. Broken light fixtures/flickering.

I only stayed in this room for 5 hours and during this time the shower head shot off and hit my girlfriend in the face and busted her lip and i filed a complaint and have yet to get a reply

Excellent value for a week's stay. Location was just what was needed.
I made this booking for a family member and requested to prepay. My credit card was saved in the system, however when they tried to check in, the hotel declined the confirmation. I called to give them my credit card and they said they don't accept credit cards over the phone and I would have to cancel my reservation and book through Expedia or I would have to complete pre-authorization paperwork they would email me. I did not want to lose the price I booked on booking.com, so I asked for them to email me because I thought it would be simple. This process took almost 1 hour because they emailed me something to print out, which I didn't have a printer and then had to find a way on my Android notes app where I had to manually write out a whole page of information and then take a picture of my ID and credit card and email all these documents back to them. It was the worst check in experience of my life and so such a hassle to exhausted travelers. My family drove 21 hours from the east coast and we're denied access to a hotel that was already booked with my credit card through the system. They arrived at 9pm, what would have happened if I was already asleep and the hotel couldn't get a hold of me, make then sleep in their car? In my booking reservation it even asked if I was booking/making a reservation for someone else and it never indicated I had to do anything extra because I provided the guests names and my payment information. It was the most inconvenient experience I have ever had with a hotel.

it was super clean.. Yeah it’s a little dated on the outside but who cares I’m not paying to sleep outside.. The inside was clean and hard wood like type floors.. Super cheap for a great stay.. also the pool was really nice

The location overall is the reason why I choose the room to begin with along with the price.
There were a lot of red flags. The shower wasnt even hot at all, I did have a plumbing problem as well. A day after we checked in, An exterminator came in and sprayed. 2 days later I kept seeing roaches. I complained to the front desk. The room was not cleaned daily. & when housekeeping came by, they came at like 8am on the dot and asked if we just needed towels only. No cleaning & said cleaning is almost every other day to every 3 days. I kept seeing roaches a few days later. I complained to booking.com and got a small refund. Oh & I did see the police there a few times.
This place is nuts & denied me ever complaining but said I can leave with no refund. They're crazy, all lies. I left early & I think I should've left long ago because I kept seeing people check out at all times of night because of problems with this motel.

There was no breakfast offered like the booking stated. The girl who checked us in was very rude and not very friendly. Housekeeping came early at 830 and didnt even give you time to get up from the bed to go to the door before they were walking in. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and have booked another 4 nights.
