Really loved the hotel, the style was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having the restaurant available. The food was delicious.The location was excellent.

We completely enjoyed our stay and everything was wonderful but the only minor things that we wished were different was the pool closes too early at night, housekeeping forgot to leave us toilet paper, shower gel and coffee supplies. And the pillows were not the best, they were so thin and not supportive at all. Everything else was just great.

Nice hotel with easy beach access and good balcony views overlooking the gulf.

It was close to the beach and all rooms faced the Gulf. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner breaking down and they were able to move us to another room.

We normally go to all inclusive and was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast or free chairs on the beach for the guest.

Primarily my1st night was good. The last couple of nights a guest wirh screaming parents and crying kids were there and it was chaos. They have a texting system in which i cried out about as my daughter and 2 other kids were with me. Even after explaining that my daughter had just had corrective scoliosis surgery and it would be a horror to pack again still nothing was done. We stayed in room 404. You could hear everything. They asked that I change my room and only refunded me $100 . Very unacceptable. I would not recommend here at all. I was treated unfairly.

I had to ask for towels each day, no soap no conditioner, shampoo were filled in the showers. When you called the front desk you waited for a representative only to receive horrible attitudes and indecent customer service.

Did not eat at the hotel. Room was beautiful although the plugs in the bedside lamp did NOT work.

It was lacking cleanliness. The room didn't even have basic soaps, they were empty bottles in the shower. The room had a weird smell.

We got the breakfast package. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Each room has a balcony that looked out on the beach. The pool was heated and comfortably warm.

The bed was so high I had to use a chair to get on the bed. A swing-out mirror would be nice in the bathroom.

The dinner options at the hotel were more limited than we would have liked. We had some terrible fettuccine dish last night and not a lot of choices.
