Good location for visiting our family. Beds were comfortable.

The pool is ice cold, not heated? The sink faucet broke off in my hand. Good thing it was as we were leaving bc water to the sink had to be shut off making the sink unusable. Bathtub was slow to drain, standing in ankle deep water while showering

Good location. Lobby area was nice. Rooms were ok, but furniture was old, mismatched and could use updating.

The first night, there was a baseball team staying. The parents partied loudly in the pool and lobby until after 2 am, keeping us awake. Their kids ran screaming and yelling and knocking on random doors until after 1 am. I called front desk to complain, but nobody did anything to stop the behaviors, nor was there any apology for our inconvenience until checkout.

Carpets need cleaning badly

Location was ok.

Very dirty. Half of the lights didn't work in the room and had to use cellphone flashlight to find a reset outlet in bathroom, then some still didn't work. Elevator smelled like a dirty mechanic and could barely breathe in it. All floors were stained and felt dirty on feet. Tiny weird pillows. Bedding had a nasty yellow stain. Booked there for the spa and the water was so hot we had a to wait an hour to get in it and its on the third floor so didn't want to run jets and keep room beneath awake. Fireplace remote was broke so couldn't control it besides on and off and one TV remote we couldn't find at all. The fridge was lukewarm. My husband checked to make sure it was plugged in and on and turned up and it was but we didnt trust putting our food in there. With how dirty everything was we didn't even attempt to eat breakfast there. Got woke up at 7:30am to staff yelling "housekeeping" over and over very loudly that I ran out to put the do not disturb sign on so she wouldnt try coming in our room where my husband was still asleep. The staff man at check in took forever to get to the front when bell was rang and he seemed stoned and hating life. Checkout lady was on a personal phone call so couldn't address the issues we had. Parking lot was a tight park that it's hard to not ding a door. I've never left a bad review for anywhere but this place was bad!

Cleanliness standards were not met. Hair, crumbs and small bits of gravel were in the beds and pull-out couches, visible food smears on the exterior of the couches, stains on bedsheets and random bits of dog food on the floor!! The shower head also leaked and sprayed water everywhere—they owe me a thank-you for fixing it before it destroyed their ceiling! To be fair, we were so stressed and came in so late in the evening, we didn’t even think to notify the staff for better sheets or give them any opportunity to rectify the situation. However, I feel clean sheets and a vacuumed floor are pretty basic standards/expectations.

Very rude staff! The first morning of our first stay we had someone come into our room unannounced then walk out. After contacting manager she never got back ahold of me. Key cards are junk too, had to go get them done multiple times.

A statewide blizzard was scheduled and tried contacting site. I received no reply back.
