Breakfast was the best part of our whole stay
Room was dirty. There was dust on all the surfaces. The bathtub was filthy. The sheets looked like they were not changed. Could see hand prints on the headboard. There was a hole in the wall and on the carpet. The women at the front desk obviously hated her job because she was the rudest person in hospitality I've ever met.

The room was clean
The swimming pool was cold it had to be around 62 degrees, our 3 kids lasted 10 minutes in the pool. We let them play in the hot tub because that was bath water temperature, we saw a family with a 2 yr old that lasted a few minutes so we left right away and they went to the hot tub. We asked the lady at the front counter and she said it was fine and it was 80 degrees, there is no way it was 80 degrees she didn't even leave to check.

Breakfast was fine.
The hotel is old with musty odor. Our room smelled like a large wet dog. We will never stay here again.

mold in spots. entire ceiling tile by guest laundry was black with water damage and also mold in bathroom and hair on the walls. also water damage spots in the rooms. Seems like no upkeep is done. beds were uncomfortable.

Room felt damp and musty. I ran the AC and then turned on the heat to fry out the room. Clothes felt damp when I put them on in am. I can tell my allergies are irritated.

When my wife and the family wer were traveling with checked in your staff realized she had booked for the Menomonie, WI location. They were very helpful giving her the number to that location, where she was able to cancel our reservation. The manager had two fantastic rooms for us and made her feel good when she said we weren't the first person this had happened to.

Staff was friendly and helpful. She made 8keys for two room doors that were malfunctioning. The facility as clean but in some disrepair. Breakfast was inedible.

The bed was extremely hard, pillows were lumpy and hard. The room had a smell to it had to get airfreshers. The refrigerator had a loud noise when it ran, wanted to unplug it.

Excellent location, good parking lot.
Dirty dirty dirty. The shower, the fridge, the floor, the walls, the pool, the elevator... everything was filthy. Hair EVERYWHERE, food pieces in corners and fridge, strong oil/gas smells in elevator, etc etc. The sheets seemed to have been washed, so that's good at least. The pool was so cloudy and full of debris that I'd bet the filters weren't working for the last week or so.

Breakfast had quite a few choices and food was good.
We had trouble finding the road to the hotel. We didn't have a GPS and it took a few wrong turns before we found it!
