Great variety and cleanliness.
Quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor in the corners. Everything was clean but that. Needs a vacuuming.

location to Liberty U, the staff was always very nice and friendly
99% certain that our room had bed bugs. We discovered bed bug bites when we got home. Also, we had to be put in a smaller room than we paid for because the original room we reserved reeked of mildew.

Staff behaved like we were an inconvenience to them. Person that finally came to the desk the next morning acted like we had just woke her up and didn't want to be bothered.

Staff was excellent. We had to switch the dates and apparently booking.com did not do something correctly. We almost didn't our room but the person on duty was able to find us one.
The pool area was not clean and the poolitself needing to be cleaned.

A Thunder storm had knocked out the Internet before I got there killing the check in system. Chris and Dan utilized the back up plan and processed us in quickly. my room was twice the size of what I’m used to.

There was a lot of confusion with payment at check out which was a big inconvenience. The payments did not go to where they were directed as there was more than 1 party paying. Also, the tub did not seem to be clean. Cleaning service came very early morning. Should have more breakfast options.

Typical Hampton Inn, which is what I like. Good place for an overnight during a road trip.

There are no dislikes that I have for this location at all. Enjoyed my stay as I was there to move my son out of College. His belongings were very safe in our cars overnight!! There were many people who were there as well getting their kids from school.
