1 of the rooms we got at first smelled really bad, they did change us and another room had large rip in caroet

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was very nice. Checking is very smooth. The rooms are nice and spacious bed is comfy with no complaints. The breakfast is also hot and fresh. They give you sausage, orange juice, and a lot of other choices to choose from I would recommend this hotel.

Numerous problems with the room keys. I had to go back to front desk more than once to get keys reprogrammed. Very annoying.

I have reserved a first floor room (due to mobility issues) several times and never honored this reservation. This time I was put on the 3 rd floor!!

the location was fine. the property was pretty. It was nice to have restaurants close by.

we were really put out and upset because we asked and were granted a reservation on the first floor a week before our stay. When we checked in they had already rented all the rooms on the first floor. We ended up as far from the elevator as possible. We both have mobility issues so this was very difficult for us. This is also not the first time this has happened with this hotel. In the room we were rented, the furniture was sticky and one of the chairs needed replaced because the pleather was worn out. I don’t usually write a review like this but we feel that apparently you take a reservation but you can’t keep a reservation.

they don’t hold up reservation requests made a week in advance.
