There was no breakfast. The bathroom, in general, was very clean and quite commodious. The shower was especially welcome. However, no Kleenex tissue was available. The Wifi was excellent and the large liquid screen TV was more than sufficient.

The room was about the size of three-walk in closets and at the highest nightly price that I have ever paid. There was no disposal and no dishwasher and the "stove" was a two-burner electric plate resting on the refrigerator. The counter space was so limited that it was questionable as to where to stack two or three glasses, much less anything else. The mattress was so soft that one sank into it. About 15 feet away was a construction site for a three-story home; fortunately no work occurred during our 5-day stay which was very quiet as there seemed to be few guests during the week of our stay. The small closet was mostly filled with cleaning equipment and most of our luggage and clothes were spread across the two-available chairs and the small dining table. But with three doors into this small area (one door connected to the adjoining unit) our unit had the character of a benchless waiting room. One was requested to remove their own refuse/trash as there was no service to the room during our five-day stay. Our room was the farthest indention in the photo heading this piece.

The bathroom vent was dirty with black dust on the outside. The laundry was left in without drying and smelled .

dishes were dirty, didn’t have any garbage bags, no extra blankets for the pull out bed, they gave us the key for the wrong room. staff was pretty short and borderline rude when called.

cross one street and you’re on the beach. comfortable rooms, lots of space in The Grande unit. ice maker worked (you’d be surprised how many places I’ve stayed where it didn’t)

Very casual environment. The villa was fully appointed with everything you could possibly need.

The property is a bit expensive. Prices on Anna Maria have really gone up in the last few years compared to the 50 years I have lived and visited Anna Maria.

Everything was great. Plenty of room for all. Very clean. So close to the beach. Villa had everything and I mean everything. Coolers, bike, wagon, cooking utensil, pots pans, fully stocked kitchen. Out door shower and grill, private patio.

Quaint, quiet, close to the beach

Rust inside fridge, would have loved a digital lock option so more than 1 person could get in, as well as a list of towns rules (re: bike use, golf cart use, crossing streets etc) as local cops give LOTS of tix. I also followed directions about clean towel request, but didn’t have any bath towels for a few days.
