Location was good. Check In was great. The clerk was friendly to me.
Television would not work at all. TV clicker did nothing but turn it on. Heard voices, but no picture. No soap for a shower. Luckily I brought some.

Location was great. We were there in January so didn't walk around, but were very close to some great eateries!
They only issue I had was with the bed and pillows. I am 65 so I am at that point in life where I need a specific mattress and pillow to avoid neck and back pain. Next time I would bring my own pillow, but for those of you under 50, I suspect you will be just fine. :)

Parking.lighting..heater was noisy.. bed's were very hard.. not a good night of sleep..

Clean, affordable. Beds are new, a little harder than I like but good.

The size is good and the TV was great size
The bed was a little flat but otherwise a good night's sleep and located within walking distance to downtown area shops, bars and restaurants.

Old, slightly stained linens, small bugs in sink, very old carpet, sink was in high counter and hard to reach. It was on the tacky side and not “squeaky clean” as advertised at all. Not very secure with stairway off the alley.

Convenient location to downtown and clean. Staff responded when asked to correct a problem.
The refrigerator wasn’t working and they missed cleaning the room after the first night. Overall, the hotel is a little outdated.
