The kids next door to one of my room was up all night across the hall from the other fighting through out pizza boxes. My room heard the train all night. Mold in the shower. The air had mist mold smell. They said no smoking but the weed was loud.I book my rooms on booking and had to be charged different on on my card and was ran 3 times.

I was locked out of my room and could not get back in until the next morning which ruined my night

A chair in our room had blood on it. Our sheet were not changed. There was male semen, and pubic hairs in our sheets. The comforter we received was ripped. Dirty!

The room was clean, but the ac made this horrible noise and there was not horrible water

Definitely needs major renovations. Price of rooms way to high for rooms available.

Bed was comfortable and refrigerator worked well.

We had booked room with walk in shower. We got a room with a bathtub and my husband has limited mobility so he couldn’t safely use it. Breakfast was listed at one price and we had to pay several dollars more than posted price per person for a buffet breakfast that is included at most other motels.

Room was dirty, damaged, roaches, pool was over flowing with people. Pool appeared bigger online. Don’t let it fool you, it’s tiny. Roaches by the elevator and ice machine. Our room had stains on the lamp shades, one of them looked like some punched it. Chair next to the bed was filthy. There was trash right outside our door that contained broken fake fingernails, club tickets and q-tips. My one year old found beer caps on the floor. No AC in the halls or common areas. Just terrible. Don’t recommend this place at all. Especially for the $200 we paid to stay there.

Rooms were disgusting and dirty, and the hallways were 80 degrees and muggy. The place is old and run down. There was a questionable red stain on the bedding and blood in the floor of the bathroom. We didn’t discover that until we woke up I feel nasty after staying here. I would expect this of some roach motel, but not a holiday inn I paid $200 for. I am so upset.

If I could give zero stars I would. Only positive thing was the staff. The whole bottom floor was unbelievably hot. So bad the tile floor was sweating. It reaked of weed. It's fine if u smoke just not inside cause other people can't handle that smell. The beds were like firm rocks. Food was super limited not like a normal one. Parking was a mess. It was just so hot there.

Nothing. There was throw up in the hall way. Rooms smelled like mildew and floors were wet. Bathroom still had someone else’s soap in the shower and dirty wash rag.

Breakfast was the only thing I liked about this hotel. Breakfast selections were good. Served hot and good to taste.

The Manager Robert was very rude, arrogant, belligerent in speaking with family members after complaints of NO HOT WATER since initial check in up till check out; he would not return inquiry . Manager refused to change room after we informed him of all the deficiencies; UNCLEANED ROOM; His front office staff overall was very unaccommodating. Hotel booked me in incorrect room selection from my reservation I showed him. I had to get customer service on the phone to speak with him; he would not even respond back to customer service; Sheets were not clean, Bed bugs under sheets in room. Requested a refund, and was told by Robert, his female front office staff member that if we didn't like the accommodations we can get the F@$ck off his property. We had numerous rooms booked for our Family Wedding and all members had issues, problems and this hotel was not good at all.on customer service, unwillingness to help & accommodate; hotel needs to be renovated, torn down & closed permanently.

it was close to everything, the staff was really nice especially the night guy. I was more than disappointed in the first room I was in the floor was so slick you had to be very careful or you would slip and fall come to find out the wife said look at my feet just from walking in the bathroom and back they were black with dirt so she used a towel to scoot on then the air was out it was hot but that got fixed as soon as I said something. I was more than disappointed in the the overall price for it there is. I way that will be my choice to stay at again way to over priced and out dated and not clean at all and the parking is as about as bad as it can get. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone at least for that price way over priced

The staff that was working the front desk when we checked in was very very friendly and fun to talk with.

Really comfortable King bed, pillows, & comforter. Big room, nicely stocked bathroom. Plenty of towels & washcloths. Fridge & coffee pot.

Air conditioner kept stopping on its own. Lamp on one side of the bed didn't work.
