The kitchenette. Spacious room. Nice fireplace.

Location. Staff was pleasant
Bathroom toilet was dirty. Something was on the front of it. Thinking fecis. Fridge was not clean. Looked like dried snot on the wall in the bedroom. The charge of $30 ea. Night for the dog was not expected, especially were the cleanliness was poor.

Room was good equipped, not bathroom! The bed was OK. When we came our room was clean but during 3 days nobody clean it. Nobody told us that cleaning was possible ONLY if we put sign "Please clean the room"!
Internet was good.
Sink should be in working condition
Towel hook should be in bathroom - only holes was there on the door (not one hole from 1 hook and other 2 or 3 was there, no hooks at all to put towel or clothes!
Towel rack should be on the wall, not only holes!
It is a big property and something can happened - I traveled a lot but staff should help people who is paying for normal stay! We told to front desk person about our problem and she even came to our room to see what is going on. She promise that all will be done tomorrow but tomorrow night nothing was done and even all information was not pass to the manager!!! Nobody could understand that the situation is not normal!

The location is not far from Bar Harbor and close to store like Walmart. Affordable prices and staff very nice.
There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, and there where some bugs .No paper towels in the kitchenette and only 2 dishes. They didn't provide a soap bar for the bathroom and there was no nightlight on the sidetables near the bed. Need to improve.

It is a basic room- no frills.. but clean… they are upgrading proud to steal us they installed heat pumps— but ours didn’t work..

It was dog friendly. The value was good, but you get what you pay for. The location is near Acadia park. The person at the front desk during check-in was friendly.
The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. You had to carry your luggage up stairs. The hand soap diispenser in the bathroom was empty. There was no blanket, only a bedspread. No facilities, only an ice machine and vending machines.

Booking was easy, I liked the cancellation policy. Finding it, and getting the key after hours was nice. Room has window you can open to let fresh air in. Bathroom and room clean. Came with fridge with a freezer and microwave. The staff we encountered was welcoming.
As soon as you opened the door, a wave of old cigarette smoke bombarded our senses. It was very difficult to sleep, and it made my toddler and husband really sick the first day of our trip. Our belongings left less than 12 hours later with a smoke smell.

clean, comfortable rooms, had a full kitchen in there. The bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows. Had a shelf right below that heater to help dry out our soaking wet clothes. We had ridden our motorcycles in the rain the whole day and we were very wet and cold when we got there, but were able to dry out and warm up because of the heater.

the coffee maker, the microwave, did not work. water came in under the front door. no outlet to plug in the refrigerator. smoke alarm beeped loudly. no heat.

We like this hotel, it's closed to groceries stores and restaurants. Drive to Acadia Park within 30 minutes.
The room we got very closed to the road, you can hear car running and noise.
