So close to downtown. Little Moose bar and outside patio area and pool/ hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good in the morning too. Had free ice water and popcorn available

Easy to get to- great staff
There was no elevator. I had a heavy suitcase, was tired, and struggled to get it upstairs. The petite worker offered to help but I knew it would be too heavy for her.

The room was very nice and perfect size. The decor was very cute and fits the theme well.Perfect location. I wouldn't walk to Main street but perhaps the young folks would.
I want aware that Friday night stay was going to be 127.00 . Its not spelled out like that.

Pool was warm. Pancakes were good. Staff was nice and attentive.
Pool area lacked attention for 3 days of my stay but I'm sure it was promptly addressed upon my departure once I let the staff know. They were prompt and attentive.

Lots of amenities. Friendly, helpful staff, felt homey. We hung out in the Lobby and plAyed games.. Great place for families and groups of friends with kids.
Beds look good and comfort ok. A little small. Would prefer less bounciness and more support.

The jacuzzi tub was an added bonus! The room was very comfortable and large.
The toliet didn’t always want to work and the refrigerator was really loud.

Great choices for breakfast, and I loved the breakfast room! Most of the time I take my breakfast back to the room, but I stayed because of the cozy cottage vibe. Loved the pool area! The hot tub was hot!! Seems like lots of hotels have "warm tubs." This was perfect after a day of hiking! The room was spotless, and we appreciated the pump soaps and lotions!
The pool felt warm, like really warm, when we first got there. When we finally got down to the pool area, the pool felt a lot cooler. That is pretty nitpicky, because I'm sure most people would have been fine with the temp. I was just looking forward to the warmer water.

I don't like how late the bar stays open on the weekend. But I appreciate the management reaching out to me and making it right.

Convenient location and parking. Appreciate the free breakfast. We arrived earlier than expected and were delighted to find our room ready and available for check-in. AND they welcomed our dog!❤

We make an annual trip with our 2 small dogs for Presidents Day weekend, we love the location and homey feel of this hotel! The whole staff is very friendly & helpful. Very nice hot tub and pool. Breakfast is always hot and delicious! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Galena :-)
