close to ski area, 1.5 mi away$130 a new guy was good
tub drain not working, never fixed in 5 days after reporting it. door jamb loose, could see daylight. maid cam at 4:15 one day, already back from skiing.

It wasn't even close to as nice as the pictures looked and no chairs on the outdoor balcony. :(

Very clean and smelled good. Location was excellent. Anthony at the front desk was very knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely return!!

It a beautiful location in the heart of the mountains. If you love hiking, this place is perfect. The stream outside our room was amazong

The location was excellent and knowing the history of the building being one of the original lodges on the mountain was an added bonus. Parking was also very easy and presented no problems throughout our stay.
In the lodge, the heating could have been better. The door had a small crack in it that let out a lot of heat. It always seemed cold in the bathroom. Other than those problems it was a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed in the Alpine Village Suites not Cottam's Lodge. There was no breakfast provided. We had cooking facilities in our suite.

loved the location and style of the room. beds and pillows were so comfortable

husband and I were enjoying some " Us" time. The quaint studio room was perfect for 2 people. We had loaded up ice chest and car with food, knowing it was a long and Winding road to town...the scenery just outside was like a tent in the middle of the Forrest. The stream roaring outside the across the street put you in HEAVEN. .can't wait to go back and do more wilderness walking...the sitting camp is just perfect.

Didn't bring my dogs and they would have loved it.
No lawn chairs.
Bring your own lawn chair
and blanket. The mornings are chilly.
