Nothing. Agent at desk was friendly and tried to make good of a bad situation.

There were people hanging out all over. Unsure about the safety. We were given a key to enter room. Outside door was unlocked and inside room was unlocked. I was yelled at in parking lot to move my car, due to blocking traffic. It was not even my car. We had to reverse to get out due to being blocked. Belongings were in the room. We were given a room that someone was already in!! Hall smelled of weed, though, there was a sign saying "no smoking". We asked for a refund. Booking.com needs to help with this. Unsafe and unpleasant place.

the trash around the building was overflowing, the room smelled terrible of old smoke, not enough towels in the room.

The big bed

TV didn't work right. No channels worked. Toilet was backed up. Then i lost my wallet after checking in and tried staying another night but they wouldn't let me because I couldn't show an ID after I checked in originally with my ID just the night before. So basically put us out with nowhere to go since I had no wallet with an ID.

I really like some of the staff and whatever I've needed EVERYONE that I asked for help has been amazing and helping with everything I needed.

The room was very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located, 15 min from downtown; restaurants and supermarkets are very close as well. If you are looking for a budget room, this is definitely a superb option.

Price per night was nice. So I thought.

They get you with extra fees on nightly rates. Plus an additional $50 when you check in but they do return it when you check out. Fridge didnt even get real cold. Hairs were still in the bathroom from previous customers.
